During your free wills and estate planning review, you can discuss your plans with an expert. Some of the things you could discuss include:
- What type of will might be right for you and your circumstances
- How a will could reduce the impact of any potential Inheritance Tax
- Why a trust will might better protect your home and savings
- How to retain control of your healthcare and finances, and protect loved ones, in the event of accident or illness, by appointing attorneys
You can only use the free legal review service if you live in England and Wales. If you’re in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can get estate planning help from Co-op Legal Service's trusted partners.
