Non-alcoholic drinks tend to err on the overly sweet side. This booze-free version of the traditional gin and tonic rectifies that.

Ingredients

Place some ice in a medium glass. Add the ginger syrup, lemon juice and a dash of bitters, then stir in the tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime and a sprig of mint.
