Your policy documents are all saved online. You can access them by logging into MySaga.

If you are having difficulty accessing your MySaga account or any documents, chat with us online now.

Make changes to a policy

Car insurance

You can make the following changes to your Saga Car Insurance policy online via MySaga:

  • Change of vehicle
  • Use of vehicle
  • Voluntary excess
  • Mileage
  • Vehicle modifications

Change payment card or cancel automatic renewal

More than 30 days before your renewal date

You can change your payment details or cancel your automatic renewal online via MySaga.

Less than 30 days until your renewal date

Cancel a policy

If you want to cancel your Saga insurance policy, either:

Or, depending on which product you have, call:

Any refund or cancellation fee will depend on whether your policy has commenced or if you're cancelling within 14 days of your policy starting. Our customer service team will be able to discuss this in full when you contact us.
