My Saga TailorMade Home Insurance policy is due for renewal – what will happen next?

Your Saga TailorMade Home Insurance will continue as normal until your usual renewal date. We’ll pass your policy details to Hiscox so they can prepare a quote, which you’ll receive at least 3-4 weeks before your renewal date.

Please let us know if you don’t want us to pass your details to Hiscox as soon as possible;

I still have a Saga TailorMade Home Insurance policy – how do I make a claim?

In the event of a claim, firstly please check your policy documents to make sure that you are covered for the type of claim. Then call RSA as soon as you can, so your claim can be dealt with straightaway.

How do I make changes to my Saga TailorMade Home Insurance policy?

If you need to make an immediate change to your existing cover, call Saga on 0800 096 3245. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am-7pm.

We will make the change and, if relevant, will pass the information to Hiscox to make sure you get an accurate quote when it is time to renew.

If you need to make a change to your Saga policy shortly before it's due to end, you should also tell Hiscox about the change so your quote can be updated.

How do I cancel my Saga TailorMade Home Insurance cover?

If you want to cancel your policy, you can get in touch on 0800 096 3245. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am-7pm.

You may be entitled to a refund for the time remaining on your policy, provided that no claim has been made during the current insurance period.

Where can I find my current policy documents?

As a Saga TailorMade Home Insurance customer, you can view your policy documents and update your contact preferences in your MySaga account.

You can set up a MySaga account easily with the email address you used when getting your quote and creating a password.
